Developed as an offshoot of CPAPSupplyUSA.com, >BillMyHealthInsurance.com is an online lead generation website designed for individuals who are interested in having their insurance billed for medical supplies. On visiting, potential customers will see a simple contact form that should be completed to receive information on billing their insurance companies for their medical supplies. They can also find a detailed form called “Coverage Verification” to complete with all of their current insurance information. I completed the following during the development of this project:
