As the Marketing and Business Development Manager for the $10 million per year CPAP Supply USA, I have consistently been responsible for the following:
- Graphic Design - Development and implementation of web banners, buttons, icons, navigational menus, and brand identity images
- Product Photography - All product photos taken and processed post-capture in-house (experience in product lighting techniques, taking images on a white background, macro photography, and Photoshop post-processing techniques)
- Copywriting - Written content and communications for all internal and external pieces, including patient eNewsletters, keyword-rich product pages, email marketing campaigns, home page content, direct mail pieces, and company press releases.
- B2B Sales and Presentation Development - Development and presentation of sales programs geared toward other businesses (homecare companies, specifically), including the marketing of “Direct to Patient” dropshipping program and “Sleep Safe” discount program for insured and uninsured transportation workers.
- Online and Offline Marketing Ventures - Sole management and development of all online and offline marketing ventures, including PAY PER CLICK sponsored search campaigns, product shopping feed campaigns, web banner advertising, newspaper advertising, radio spots, press release program, email and direct marketing campaigns, and product catalog development and distribution.
- Marketing Venture Sucess Measurement - Each marketing program was continuously measured across important variables, including Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Conversion Rate (CVR), Cost Per Click (CTR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and many more. Programs were adjusted based on success rates of the above variables.
