eNewsletter and Survey Management
Email marketing is an inexpensive and efficient way to get customers attention, and we use it often at US Healthcare Services. Working with opt-in lists built from our website and from our checkout process, we are able to reach 20,000+ past customers quickly and with great results. As the sole marketing director at US Healthcare Services, I found myself managing the email marketing and eNewsletter sectors of our marketing strategy. I was directly responsible for the following:
- Creating and dissemination of the monthly eNewsletters, including copywriting, design, and promo development
- Solicitation of opt-in email addresses, including strategies to get new eNewsletter subscribers
- Email marketing vendor research, selection, and management
- Creation of customer satisfaction survey and management of said survey
- Measuring and tracking of sent emails to determine sucess rate of email, including the measuring of CTR, conversion rate, and ROI
